How to speedup your Firefox browser
In my previous post I explained about how to Enable spell check in text fields in Firefox. Here I'm going to explain how to speed up your Firefox browser. Its very useful tips to customize your browser.
Now type about:config in the Firefox address bar.
There after, we are going to make these following modifications to that file. Before you change the default values, its better to have a backup of that file, because just to avoid any malfunction in the browser in future.
Search the following string and change them to new value.
network.http.max-connections 30 to 96
network.http.max-connections-per-server 15 to 32
network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server 6 to 8
network.http.pipelining false to true
network.http.proxy.pipelining false to true
network.http.pipelining.maxrequests 30 to 8
network.http.pipelining.ssl false to true
network.http.proxy.pipelining false to true
Now restart your browser. You will feel the new experiences with your Firefox browser.
